Positive: Staying at Xueyuanyunju Inn, Snow Valley felt like being with family. The warm welcome (I love freeze tomato a lot 😁😁😁), delicious food, and genuine care made everything unforgettable. In the backyard, we enjoyed playing in the snow and sliding on donut tubes, and at night the owner invited all guests to gather and enjoy a joyful fire dance together. Jasper and his mom were so kind—we left with new friends and beautiful memories. Highly recommended. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Snow Valley. ❄️💙 — feeling fantastic.

Positive: At first i was skeptical, from the picture I thought this hotel wasn’t real but upon arriving to my surprise this place is really magical. Waking up from a winter wonderland, relaxing chill place. This is a family owned business, the owner “Jasper” is very nice and friendly, he speaks english, he has been very helpful, he’s very accomodating and his place is the most spacious among the hotels in Snow Valley. They also have restaurant inside the hotel, so you can just order anything from the menu and his family members will cook it. The dishes are cheap and very very very delicious! I was worried my kids won’t like it since we’re from Philippines but surprisingly they really enjoyed all the dishes especially guobarou and the chicken!! His mom, dad and uncle are very welcoming, they may have limited english but they use translation app or hand gestures to convey the message. Their amemities are complete, from toiletries to daily supply of water. I also enjoy the tea ceremony that Jasper prepare for his guests. He also take us to do some winter activities in the bear mountain which is the highlight of our trip. From skiing, to snow mobile, to interacting with other visitors, to riding snow tubes and etc. Most especially, since we are a family of 5 traveling, he helped me arrange our transportation going to Snow Valley and returning to Harbin. We will definitely come back here!!!!

Positive: Host was extra friendly and helpful with arrangements for transport to the lodging as well as tourists spots . Breakfast was simple but extra filling and rooms were warm and cozy even though it was snowing . Would recommend for people that are interested in snow activities as there aren ' t as many people , arrangements can be made for horse rides , snow jetskis , as well as deep snow hikes .
